We are friends
It has been warm today: its exactly like spring. In the Kanto area, I heard it got up to 19°C at 1:00 p.m. (Fukuokas highest temperature today was 16.1°C. We cant say any more that our southern island Kyushu is always warmer. Fukuoka is in the northeast of Kyushu, though.)
By the way, our garden cats Kuro and Kogu are getting along well today, too. They both had a nap on the roof next door, which we can see from our living room. At first they were sleeping one meter apart, so we thought It got warmer, so even though they get along well they dont sleep side by side. As soon as we said that, they moved and were right next to each other (with Kuro almost on top of Kogu).

The injury at the joint of Kuros tail I mentioned the other day has been getting better. The injured part healed a little, but for some reason the scab keeps coming off so it doesnt become better as quickly as we expected.
Actually, we put a second, smaller box beside their sleeping box because we felt pity for Kogu (who was kicked out from the box by Kuro when his injury was painful). They didnt seem to use the new box for some days, but one day we found Kuro and Kogu were one on top of the other and sleeping in the tight box. There is a bigger box just beside them (Kyoku is also like this: maybe cats just like new things.) Its a very tight fit for two cats, so the injury gets rubbed by the side of the box when Kuro wants to turn his body. Oh! it sounds so painful just imagining it. Why do you guys force yourselves to be together in such a small place!

Getting better and getting worse, some days passed, and the injury looks better today, even if it is a bit dirty-looking. The part missing fur also became smaller.
Today, too, Chris helped Kuro to stretch his front legs (it looks like hes saying Banzai!) and he was still a good boy. Maybe he thinks Chris is his mother? He is not so tame with me. His real mother is Moku. Recently, weve been anxious about her swollen-looking tummy
