What happened to the garden cats?
Kuro and Kogu. Two nice cats we were happy to see. We wanted them to live happily in our garden forever. But we havent seen Kogu for the past few days, even though we usually see Kuro around here. Soon they will be one year old. We dont feed them in our house, and they are indeed adults in the cat world, so maybe we dont need to worry about him

Our first guess: there was some kind of fight for territory between Kuro and Kogu, and Kuro took our garden and Kogu left.
Our second guess: he was kicked out by Kuro and his family. (Moku is Kuros mother, and Icchan is his sister.) Kogu is like an outsider.
Our third guess: he just left, for reasons that humans will never understand.
I just hope that hell be safe. We will be happy if he can show his face sometimes. We think he belongs in our garden, so surely its good that he doesnt need to worry about food is that just a humans shallow thinking? We thought he was getting along with the other cats.
Today, it was windy and rainy all day. We noticed that Icchan was sleeping in the box Kogu usually used (for the first time). Kuro stayed near the box, on the shelf where we keep gardening goods, or stayed in the box next to Icchan. Hey you! Dont forget she is your sister.
And today, we put a collar on Kuro that we had bought for Kyoku and werent using. (Kyoku is always in our house, so he doesnt wear a collar anymore.) We are thinking to take him to the vet to get him fixed when his tail injury recovers completely.
It seems that Moku has given birth somewhere. The skin on her tummy became loose, and she has a big appetite. (She demands food with a loud voice. Mom is strong.)
Ryo, who used to be a feminist, recently ignores beautiful Shiro, and chases young Moku and Icchan (who we suspect could be his daughter). What a stupid fellow he is. And although he stopped doing it during the winter, hes starting to ask for food at our kitchen window again, even though its still closed. (Ryo has an owner. He isnt a wild cat.) We are scared to open the kitchen window in summer.
Anyway, this is the story of our garden cats recently. Kogu! Please come back!
