We have been giving antibiotics with wet food to Kuro after he got fixed. When Chris invited Kuro to feed, he called me after opening the door.
He opened up his injury again!
We heard the sound of cats fighting in the garden across from our house: that was Kuro. He was scratched by Ryo again.
We were going to go to the vet anyway today, to take Chibi. But we brought Kuro there just a few days ago. (It will be his fifth trip.) Sigh
Chris brought Kuro in a basket and I brought Chibi in a box to the animal clinic.
The vet put some ointment on Kuro without stitching the injury, and Kuro has to get antibiotics for four more days (nine days in total). So we decided not to let him go out any more.
Chibi got feline chlamydia from his parents, as we thought. We have to give him eye drops and syrup medicine for some days. The vet said he must be about three weeks old.
The fee wasnt as expensive as we imagined, so we felt relieved. (It was an unplanned expense though.) Did Kuro get a discount as a repeat patient? Anyway, thanks to Dr. K.

Like this, Kyoku, Kuro and Chibi suddenly have to live together.
It seems adult cats are afraid of kittens, so the relationship between Kyoku and Kuro seems not to be so bad. Its strange. Kuros male hormones have been diminishing even though it has only been three days since the surgery.
We decided the to name the kitten Hachitaro (Hacchan for short) because we felt Chibi was a bit too straightforward. (And because the pattern of the fur on his head looks like the Japanese syllabic character ha. Its also the same as the Chinese character hachi, which means eight.)
His weight today 302g
