Hachitaro News, 6 to 19 August 2007

It has been hot every day (the other day it got up to 36 or 37 degrees in Fukuoka), and Hachitaro seems to be casting about for the best place to have a nap.
But it seems everyday routine is also important for him: he goes into a closet upstairs in the afternoon (where the temperature goes up after lunch), and goes upstairs and sleeps alone on the wood floor after supper. Uncle Kyoku and Brother Kuro are more flexible about that kind of thing.

Recently, Hachitaro often presses his stomach on the (maybe slightly cooler) floor when he sleeps. He may feel his stomach is hot. (Is he secretly a dog!?)
