A somewhat trendy event!

We (Chris) downloaded Radiohead’s new album In Rainbows, which was released yesterday all over the world.
The price was up to the buyer and now it’s only available as a download.
We also had the choice to buy a special edition for £40 (about 9,500 yen) which contains two LPs and two CDs with artwork in a custom jacket. We seriously thought over which we should buy and finally decided to get the download-only one.
We had no idea how much it should be, but we think we paid a proper amount.

I listened to it while I was baking the bagels I can bake without looking at a recipe.
The sound is Radioheady.
(That’s our own made-up word. Please don’t worry about it.)
Thom Yorke’s voice is cheerful and lighter than before.
(Something nice happened to him?)

‘Maybe we’re listening to it earlier than anyone else in our neighbourhood, right?’
We felt a bit of pride at something so silly.
The new album didn’t give us the same good impression as Amnesiac, which we heard at a used record shop, and which really got us staring to like them. But it’s a nice Raidoheady album.
