It’s a tough time, Kyoku

When we turn on the kerosene heater, it’s the start of what is (maybe) the happiest time of the day for the cats.

Kyoku basically doesn’t like Kuro.
It’s very rare that Kyoku and Kuro sleep side by side.
Kuro is usually scared of Kyoku except before meal times, but maybe he forgot who was sleeping next to him.
(Kuro, who is honest about his desires, becomes very aggressive before meal times. We don’t know why he only offends against Kyoku.)
