So today is married couples day…

Chris’ ‘week of cold’ and my ‘week of mysteriously puffy eyelids’ is finished today, which is married couples day.
It was sunny yesterday but it has been cold and cloudy so far today.
The weather forecast says it will be chillier next week.

Chris’ cold became a little better.
He still takes medicine to stop the cough, though.

About myself, I went to an eye clinic on Thursday.
The doctor could only find mild conjunctivitis in my eyes. (She said that a pollen allergy is a kind of conjunctivitis.)
I got anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergenic eye drops, and I’ll see what happens.
I still don’t know why I got these super puffy eyelids.
One and half years ago, I had surgery a few times for a detached retina: I had to face down for about twenty days, and I got puffy eyelids; but I had puffier eyelids this Tuesday and Wednesday than I did then!
What is it!
They are still puffy, but I feel it could be within a permissible range compared to the peak time.

One out of the ordinary thing that I did before I got puffy eyelids was that I took a DHA & EPA supplement a few times, which is supposed to be good for eyes.
I also heard it’s effective as an anti-allergenic, but perhaps it didn’t agree with me?
Just in case, I stopped taking the supplement. Aargh.

Go away, puffiness!

By the way, we moved to Fukuoka eight years ago today.
