Valentine’s Day supper

Although it was a simple meal as a supper…

This year, I gave Chris a lot of M– sweets company’s ‘Enjoy Packs’.
Also, as a surprise, I sent him a gift set including six packs of sausages and four bottles of German style beer from Iwate prefecture, and two bottles of chocolate stout from the same brewer (because it was Valentine’s Day, and I was also interested in the product!).

But how do people usually cook sausages, except for boiling or roasting?
I don’t know how I should cook them, so we just ate them boiled and served with mustard.
The classic beer is tasty! It’s nice and bitter.

The chocolate stout was easier to drink than I imagined.
It’s a little thick and not so sweet. After drinking it, you feel a slight chocolate flavour!
It might be a suitable drink with dessert or sweets, but not with a meal. (But of course it’s up to you.)

Currently, circumstances have forced this beer company to stop making and selling beer.
In our hearts, we hope they can start their business again!
