Ume in Maizuru Park

After we went to see the last day of the Nika exhibition at Fukuoka City Art Museum, it was a warm day, so we visited Maizuru Park.
The peak time for ume (plum) blossoms might have past, but we could still see some leftover flowers.
When we looked at them closely, we could see their flowers were wrinkly and small, and it felt like they had passed their prime.

After that, we dropped by to see a friend at her workplace, who we saw for the first time this year.
We missed her birthday, year-end party, and New Year party, so it was probably the first time we had seen her since last April?
Anyway, we wish her a happy, healthy year!
