A present, again and again

I thought my time to get presents was over, but we heard the doorbell ring!
The postman brought express mail for me.

Oh! It’s an impressive trophy.
(Just in case, I’ll tell you clearly: it’s a birthday card made of paper.)
It came with a melody that is famous in Japan for awards ceremonies and citations.
Is this my first award since my student days some (multiple of) ten years ago!?

I asked Chris to take this trophy’s picture.
