Ba-na-nah, ba-na-nah, bana—na

It got warmer, which seems to be making me want to start baking again.

But to tell the truth, we got five bananas from my father, and a few days went by without our eating them, and finally their skin was going black, so I felt we had to eat them in a hurry.

I’d baked banana bread a few times, but I never knew why I couldn’t bake it nicely, and I got discouraged last year. (Now I think that I’d wanted to use too many bananas at once.) Anyway my interest moved to baking bread.

I used a new banana bread recipe on the 24th and used up one banana. (It was tasty!)
I used a different new banana bread recipe on the 25th and used two bananas.
(It was also tasty! I really think I added too many bananas to my banana bread before!)
Two were left over. It’d be easy if we ate them as fruit, but we didn’t.
Then I found a recipe for banana vinegar. It seemed easy if we just bought a new bottle of vinegar (kurozu). It may be good for our health!?
In the photograph below, No.1 is made with raw sugar, and No.2 with honey and sugar candy. It says we can drink them in a week.
Well, well, how will it taste?
